Still getting billed for a service I can't use

Good day

Since the email below was sent (it was sent to me on 01/03/2013) I've not had ANY feedback from Cell C yet they still billed me for a service that I have not been able to use for TWO months now. Get it sorted out please. I'm about to cancel your debit order on my bank account if you don't get this sorted out.

The email I recieved:

Kindly be advised that the network query has been sent to the network department with this reference number 1745416 and will be contacted by the department, with feedback when is due or when a field technician is available..
