Illed for phone i didnt receive

I was contacted by your sales division for a samsung pocket, before delivery i informed them that i dont need the phone anymore, the phone was not delivered i was happy with that but when i checked my statement nashua mobile deducted R232.27 on the 31st /01/13 and again on the 28th/02/13 you deducted R204 in total nashua mobile incorrectly billed me R436.27 including my debit order charges of R13.00 per dr order transaction this is highly incompetent and not accurate at all. I demand a reimbursement of the full amount taken.
