Unable to change tariff plan for past week

I bought my 8ta sim card on the 15th of March and I was told to contact the customer care so they could provision my sim card to a data tarrif (something like that) and now a week later I am being told the systems are being upgraded, I think now my patience has been stretched and up to this day I haven't gotten my money's worth, I payed R150 for the thing
I'm really disappointed in 8ta
