MTN repairs incompetence

I sent my phone for repairs (CNA Cresta) on the 8th of June as the track pad was not working. Was phoned and told my phone won't get fixed due to water damage (don't know how that could've happened). Went to fetch it on the 17th, the trackpad had sunk in so I told the consultant at CNA that I wasn't going to take it back, MTN had to fix as it was working fine except for trackpad not scrolling. I went back to get it again yesterday and put in the battery and its now not switching on. I cannot take this from MTN any longer. They are incompetent, and this is an inconvenience on my part as I have not had my phone for 4 weeks now. They always have excuses for not fixing phones and I fail to understand how they could just send a phone back to a customer without checking if its working. I need this sorted out ASAP. I cannot wait again for another week to get my phone "damaged" by these people.
