Vodacom
Unblocked my phone but its still blocked

I thought I lost my blackberry 9320 so I blocked it on the 12 of June. I eventually phoned vodacom to unblock the phone I filled in a blaclist form to unblock it faxed it through, but still nothing. I started phoning everyday but my phone is still blocke, The no I blocked is082 725 3918 IMEI no 354011055370331. I`m so furiuous at vodacom as their service is so pathetic thinking bout changing my network.
