I purchased a racing seat for my games console's steering wheel controller, a Nitho Corsa racing seat, on 24 September 2013. When I got home I discovered that two pieces were incorrect and I returned to Incredible Connection Blue Route to get the correct pieces off the demo unit. Adam helped me out even though he was not involved in the sale and it was also not his department. Upon noting to me that the demo unit was a bit damaged he recommended getting another complete unit from another store.
I received a call from Adam the next morning informing me that they would be bringing another unit in for me and that I could collect later that day as he was finishing his shift at 6pm. I asked that they assemble the unit before I took collection to be sure that all the correct pieces were there.
When I collected the unit all the pieces were in fact NOT there, but Adam made a plan to use the demo stock anyway, instead of me waiting again. He assembled the unit with the help of Brent (salesperson) and then Adam helped me carry it and load it into my vehicle even though his shift had already ended.
It is rare to find such assistance and I thank Adam for going the extra mile
