Quite honestly I am disgusted with your service.

I have been awaiting delivery of my new SIM card since my new contract was approved on 11 March and STILL have not been contacted by your courier service (within 24-48 hours as promised by Karish Naidoo).

I have sent THREE emails to Karish Naidoo and have had NO response whatsoever. I have phoned your head office call centre who are clueless and cannot help me.

This is a terrible start to my new contract with you and at this point I am considering cancelling before it has even started.

My current number will be deleted on 31.03.2013 at which point I will be sitting without a cellphone number.

Please sort this out immediately.
