Your system crashed today, wasted 20 calls trying to get hold of my wife, besides panicking when her cell went to voice mail, it costs me money, so kindly refund or credit me.
Also your web site and is poor for such a huge establishment, surely if you have a huge problem like this morning you could post a message on your web site?
