Vodacom in breach of contract

I recently took out a contract from vodacom and have had nothing but bad connection with my server... i connect then get dropped... i have been to the vodacom repair center 4 times with no improvement on my 3g. I believe they have stopped there contract with Alcatel about a year ago plus and have since gone down hill rapidly replacing all the towers with Chinese components??? If i dont pay my monthly debt order and wait for a court date to explain this to a Judge do you think this would work? what have other people done? many thanks Niel
