Lack of iPhone 64Gb stock

It is with dismay that I have to revert to your forum as a last resort in an attempt to get acceptable customer service from Cell C. On the 6th of June I had signed an agreement with Cell C for a new monthly contract associated with an iPhone 5, 64GB. The Cell C representative at the Ballito store indicated that it would take no longer than a week to receive the phone. Well a week came and went with no feedback, so I contacted the store again. Again, another week lead-time was indicated, but no firm delivery date could be given, citing stock difficulty. This scenario as been repeating on a weekly basis, with no feedback being received from Cell C or the store. At this point the store cannot give me any delivery date the and the whole deal is open ended. I have also lodged a complaint with Cell C customer services on the 2nd of July, with even less satisfactory results. The gentleman promised to lodge the complaint, but could not, or would not commit to any SLA or response times. Please bear in mind that I did not ask him for a result/answer on the spot, merely how long it would reasonably take for somebody from Cell C to contact me with feedback.
