Cancellation of contract

I have been trying to cancel my 8ta contract for the past month i have been into the 8ta shop where the gave me a refrence number and said that it would be canceled in 48 hours. But it has not. I have phoned the call centre and they said that i should send a mail that says that i would like to cancel my contract and that it would take 72 hours to have it done. On my 6 call to the call centre they said that they have no record of that but i have a read receipt so i know that they got my mail. They then gave me another refrence number but still my contract is not canceled i do not know what to still do. And the 8ta shop says one thing and the call centre says something els. This is the worst service i have ever receved from anyone.
