Terrible coverage in morningside manor sandton

I have complained numerous times to MTN abput not being able to receive any 3G signal on my MTN data card and my blackberry in Denise Street, Morningside Manor Sandton. They were suppose to get back to me within 96 working hours (last Tuesday) and not a single call. There are times when i have to work from home and i am left unable to because of the terrible connectivty... some nights we only get gsm. I am a loyal client with 3 numbers subscribed to MTN and with this type of terrible customer service and coverage I will move to a network that suits my needs. How hard is it to follow up on a request and stick to your word? I want to take this matter further and seek legal recourse if this matter is not addressed as MTN has breached the service provider contract. I am paying for NOTHING!!!
