For the month of October 2013 Vodacom has reali given out terrible network coverage!!! Evryday I have been experiancing problms were my msgs arnt goin thru!! I am a BB user n I purchase my BIS evrymonth 4 d service!! But!! Werz d sense in me purchasing d BIS if I'm gettn network coverage were its awready half d month gone n I cud barely use the service properly!!! I'm not able 2 make calls send msgs or evn emails leave alone use the internet which I need 2 do on a daily bases!!! By word of mouth I've realised that I'm not the only Vodacom customer experiancing this problm!!! So if there are others out there surely the service provider is aware dat dr is a coverage problm!! But!!! Not even a message of concern or apology has been sent 2 cutomers for the terrible network coverage!!! I have used many service providers prior 2 Vodacom but so far Vodacom has given me the best service n network coverage which has resulted in me remaining wid d service provider, but now??? Wat happend??? I'm reali dissappointed as a Vodacom user!!! Ur network coverage reali!!! U guys need 2 buck up big tym!!! U guys will loose alot of ur users due 2 ds terrible network coverage!!!
