So, a month down the line and MTN STILL hasn't told me how I managed to get such a huge internet bill. I did have a lady phone me but she was useless and didn't even have a solution for me. I was sent an "invoice" with all the websites I visited, but that doesn't tell me where my money went! Then they tell me they don't record where the data goes, so then how do they bill me? DO they just thumb a price? I'm guessing yes coz that's exactly what they've done with me. The lady who phoned me asked how I think we can solve this, so I will now tell you how we can solve this: I will pay for one month's usage of the laptop and internet stick, NOT the outstanding R850 unless they can show me EXACTLY where my money went, and then they can cancell the contract and take back the stick and laptop and I will go somewhere else where I get what I want and they can rip off some other poor fool. Because there is NO way I am putting up with this kind of service for 2 years. This was all caused because the package I wanted "didn't exist". How can you advertise something that doesn't exist???
