I have purchased internet online and tried calling MTN now for the 30th time the agents keep on cutting the call as they themself dont know when to transfer me too, all i want is for MTN to activate my sim so i can make use of the internet. MTN is very quick to debit your account but now im paying for something i didnt even use.
MTN is getting pathetic every day. they employ useless staff who dont even understand or know what you talking about. better improve your services or else i will send this report to my contact email list and get all my friends and family to change to another better service provide
