Unacceptable Service

I logged a call with Cell C on the 23rd of February to report that my speedstick was not working. A trouble ticket was logged and I was told that it would be fixed by 1st March. I received no feedback on the 1st March and the device still didnt work. I called on the 2nd and was told that "it has been fixed". I logged another call and was again asked to wait while they investigated the problem. I have taken the speedstick into a Cell C store at the request of a technician to have the software updated, which was done.. I was also told that the device was working properly. Still it didnt work. I was told to do a sim-swop, which I have done, and it still doesnt work. Signal strength varies but is averaged at 80%. Everytime I have called, promises have been made to contact me and keep me updated. To date, I have received only 2 callbacks after requesting as many as 10. To date, my speedstick still isnt working and the service for which I am being charged has not been provided for almost a month. Notes on the systems for other employees are vague and answers to my queries have been scarce. This is unacceptable and reflects badly on what I used to believe a very respectable company.
