One email Work, The other doesn't

Its quit simple a domain is working the one day the next its not.

I have 3 emails on my personal domain [URL Removed]

Its been working all along till over a week ago, I could log but was unable to view my emails on
multiple browsers and different desktops.

After the account had been escalated i could not log in.all your told is where working on it
I have to call them for an update cause their call back bookings are full.

So im paying them to host my domain and make sure i can send and receive emails, but when something goes wrong i must call them to get an update, They could of just sent me mails with my updates

I'm have to spend more money just get an update.

Its a fact South Africa We accept for service from all the giants and they know it.

and month end i'm receive a bill asking to pay before they disconnect my services
