Just because you dont see comments on your system doesnt it mean i didnt explain myself, if someone is not doing her work its my fault? doesnt this thing make me understand why your agents a harassing me anytime they wants? i know when last time i paid my Unisa account, i didnt pay afterwards my account because what happened to me, and i have explained myself, the answer you gave me doesnt make sense, your agents are calling me because im behind with my accounts? i know i am behind so what? does it mean you dont care even if i have write a complaint? i am going to pay my account R600.00 when i am done paying my medical bills, R600.00 will be deposited on the 23.11.2013, sometimes take people when they explain their problem to you. the answer i received was not appropriate
