Vodacom BlackBerry NOT WORKING, CANT GET SERVICE

VODACOM deactivates my BIS service on my Blackberry Z10 because APPARENTLY YOU GET FREE BBM UNTIL THE 1st of MAY, well guess what it doesn't WORK,
And vodacom data service DOESN'T WANNA HELP ME AS A CUSTOMER...
