Cancellation of Cell phone Contract

I am unhappy with the service received from the Manager at Kolonade Cell C. The phoe has been returned to Cell C on the 4th of January 2013, I was promissed that the contract will be cancelled and this has not been done. The debit order is stil going off my bank account. When will this be sorted out and when will the money be refunded to me???
