No service

Since March 14 after numerous email calls we still have no service regarding incoming or outgoing calls.
Reference numbers 552066838 & 376CWK140313 were provided but their has been only one "followup" via SMS to say that they will endeavor to resolve the problem ASAP?
Had the same problems previously, three times, and their technicians discovered that the wiring was rusted.
In the meantime, unless we phone everywhere using a cellphone, we cannot phone anyone.
