Phone fixed within 24 hours

Yesterday, our phone was knocked by lightning [for the umpteenth time in a year - I have apologised to the but they take no heed, we are a zap-target] and I reported it last night via the Internet. The sms arrived with a number while I was in bed.

This afternoon the technician came and repaired the damage.
