Telkom-what a joke!!

I placed an order for land line installation-7 days ago.
I never received a sms confirmation of order like promised.
tried calling them the entire day last week-no answer, someone picks up then puts down.
when i went to follow up, they tell em my order was never placed as there is already another company that SOUNDS like mine??? so its impossible to that i have a different company they tell me??!!
after 1, 1/2 hours in the ques i decided that it was best for me to leave-they said they would call me and tell me when they find my original application form as this will prove that my company has own comp reg number compared to the OTHER one they have on their system...
the worst part is they would never have informed em that there was a problem if i did not run after them and secondly its not pleasant to get assisted by someone that is busy picking their nose whilst you are talking to them, and they tell you that you are wrong and its not them... GROSS INCOMPETENCE AND PATHETIC SERVICE ON ALL LEVELS!!!
