Since Tuesday (17/12/2013) I've been trying to contact the Telkom options centre via the call centre.

Everyday I wait 1-2 hours with no answer. I've called in the mornings, midday & afternoons... all with the same outcome. music and a standard response "All our consultants are currently busy..."
I find it impossible to believe that for 3 straight days every consultant at all hours during the day are busy!!!

I've called the other departments and all they can do is transfer my call to the Telkom options centre.

This is the worst service I've ever received from a large telecommunications company. It's as if the Options centre is unmanned and closed.

Telkom for a company that is striving to prove its worth you are doing a miserable job!!!
