24 Hour Support... But Staff can't help!!!

Taff... 2 only on duty... How come we are "Business Clients with 24 Hour Support" but there are only 2 people there??? And they have very LIMITED ACCESS to support us at this time of night!!!???
We have many websites with Mweb and used to think it was a good idea but are having 2nd thoughts.
