Charged for no reason

My banking details had changed and were updated on the Vodacom site of both the accounts for Debit order. Subsequently both these accounts were charged by a late fee of R100 each

There is no reason as details were updated timeously and funds were in the account and have never had any issue in the past

Please can this be rectified asap
