3G Speeds Pathetically slow

I used to be a very proud owner of my 8ta 3G contract. R 199 p/m for 10 GB was the best deal i have taken. To top it all of, I had the best speeds in my area with signal. Over the past 6 months though things have gotten sour.

My internet connection is unbearable and it takes minutes to open Google. If I am luck I will find a spot where I can at least get 1-2 MB download speed. I have had 10 X the speed before. What has changed?

The signal is also gone terrible as well.

Please assist me as I used to be a very happy customer bragging to my friends.
