Altech Autopage do not deserve corporate accounts

Our company was approached by Altech Autopage to port all of our existing cellphone and data contracts from our current supplier to them in August 2012. After many meetings with 3 different "sales managers" we decided to give them a chance and ported approximately 40 contracts to Altech in November 2012. it is now the end of February 2013 and to date we have the following issues:
1. our billing is not correct, despite having clearly outlined how the accounts and number should be billed;
2. we are being invoiced for sim activations for "spare sim cards" that were delivered as spares and convenience;
3. despite being promised a key accounts manager who would handle our account, I have yet to be introduced to such a person;
4. the National Sales Manager does not address my written concerns / complaints.

We were planning on moving our entire company's cellphone accounts to Altech, but this will NEVER happen. Altech dont deserve our business as they do not give any kind of service. Empty promises are all we have ever received and I am honestly disgusted and appalled by the manner in which our account is being handled or not handled for that matter.
