Cell C cant get it right

I have logged a Hello Peter about the"AMAZING SERVICE" your company provides asll sarcasim intended, after numerous issues regarding the banking details change from Sept 2012 i finally got your banking details to do a eft (10 Dec2012 11:44am) i did the very 1st eft on the 24th of Dec, only to have an attempt on the 1st of Dec to take funds off an account that had been closed, now the account is susepned for an apparent payment in Sept 2012 that was not made but was done at the bank from your sms, proof of payment is required seriously Jan 2013 line suspened for Sept2012 payment you cant match and want proof only now. I have read the customer protec tion act and WILL NOW CANCEL MY LINE WITH YOU.
