We changed our banking details 3 months ago, since then I've been trying to change our details with Cell C for the account to be debited, my husband is the account holder but they work away so he don't have access to a phone to get in contact with Cell C, every month I am struggling to get the amount to pay the account and so this month they decided to suspend my phone, I've paid the amount due and sent trough proof of payment and when I phoned I am being told that they will only activate the line once they've heard from him. Whey nominate me and sent the documents required to handle the account when its of no use. I've never expected such bad service from a company we have been with since they started.
