I am disappointed with the service I received from this company, I settled my account in full on the 20/02/2013 and I was promised several times by different staff members, that I will get my paid up letter. I was firstly informed that it will be sent to me 3 days after my payment, I called after that to follow up and I was then to 7 to 14 working days and after several calls of following up I was told that I will get it 7 to 21 working days. I called Vodacom because they handed me over to VVM and they did a conference call with VVM and a VVM call centre informed admin staff member (Hantan) informed me that I will get the letter between the 11th and 12th of March. That did not happen obviously and I called their call centre again and requested to speak to a supervisor for a complaint about false promises, He informed me that I will get the letter between the 14th and 15th March. I am really enough with this pathetic excuses and I promise to take this matter further as I have recorded conversations of all these promises
