Double payment and attoney's payment

On the 19/02/2009 had a fetal maturity scan done by Dr Khan and the Dr claimed from the medical aid after the procedure (R335.00). I was called by the Dr's office indicating that the medical aid did not pay, which I checked and found out that the amount was paid by the medical aid but only on the 03/03/2010. I received a garnishee order worth the amount R1529.55 which I fully paid and informed the lady at the Dr's office working with accounts that I cannot afford to pay the account twice, and she indicated that a refund of the original amount of R335.00 will be paid back to me but this have not happened yet and this means that the Dr was paid R335.00 R1529.55 which includes the original amount. How are people going to trust Doctors when they ripping people off?
