No loan phones for clients

My BB9900 died, i took it in on today 05/01/2014. When i got to the branch i requested that I be supplied with a loan for as Im required to have a phone with a whatsapp at work. They told me that Cellc no longer offers loan phones to anyone. I explained my dilemma to them that my employer requires that i have a phone 24/7 and to my surprise the manager suggested that i should've had a back-up plan for a second phone as phones die all the time. When i did the contract with CellC they never mentioned that they do not have loan phones. I even suggested that they give me one of their display to which they flattly refused saying it cannot be done. I requested that they call the big boss to assist with my dilemma and they still refused. I then demanded that they terminate my contract so i can get another service provider that is willing to help and they refused. That is just pathetic service, all my suggestion were shot down without giving me solutions. I pay a lot of money for me to have that phone and the employer gives me an allowance for me to have a phone and for me to be available at all times when needed.
