PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CELL C!!!

I have been with CellC for the past 5 years. I I have had nothing but problems with this service provider. My recent problem is with by acount billing. In December 2012 i made an EFT payment to CellC for my monthly usage. I faxed the payment confirmation 3 times as well as emailed it once. The call centre agents claim that they cannot pick up the faxes or email since December 2012. What's really strange is that i received a "Read Receipt" when i sent the email. When i asked to speak to a Supervisor / Team Leader, i was told that all were in a meeting. That is just pathetic! I asked the Agent for the Team Leader's name and he said he didnt know her name!! I have 3 contracts with Cell C and will definitley be cancelling them. I will be advising all my friends and family to do the same. I suggest that other people do the same as well. CHOOSE CELL C FOR PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
