What a service

I have been a cell c customer since 2008 and i regret why i have stuck with them till now.my contract was expiring on the 15th December 2012 but guess what they still havent migrated my number to prepaid. I forwaded my cancellation letter to them on 8th October 2012 to give them enough time to deal with all technicalities trying to avoid the drama am caught up in now.only today i took liberty to call them and a lady with the name of Faith Mphini has been helpful and expalin to me she cant give numbers or emails of people at cancellation deparment because its against the rules she can lose her like??? after all my running around to find some Audrey Raphele who is apparently on leave.this is a complete rip off because they still want to sponge my money by not camcelling my contract. I'm done with Cell C and will spread the word what a service provider they are. as .instead they busy giving my number away to some randoms who make cold calls and say they call on behalf of cellc to give me rewards on having their contract told them to off
