ADSL Line out of order for 7th day

Our ADSL Line failed on 8th March 2013. I reported the fault to the call centre on the same day. A technician arrived on Saturday, fiddled with our PBX system and told met the problem is with the line outside. ( I already knew it was NOT the PBX), and we never saw the technician again.
On Monday 2 technicians rocked up, made the same diagnoses, and we never saw any of them again.
We've been following up with several senior people in Telkom twice a day. Everyone promise to get back to us, but NOTHING happens. We don't know the reason for the problem. We have NO idea when these people plan to fix it.

Meanwhile we're struggling with pathetic 3G signal costing us more than R200 per day, while Telkom is just ignoring us like a stop street.
