S3 Screen no parts

Hi Samsung

I have been a loyal Samsung customer for many years, and have become used to reliable service and products. So this really is a sad moment to have to report this situation.

My Galaxy S3 phone's screen accidentally broke. I took it to GSM repair Centre 19/06/2013 to be repaired. There I was assured I will have my phone back with in a week. After the week have passed without any response from GSM, I gave them a call to find out when I can expect my phone to be repaired. I was then informed that they are struggling to get parts for S3 phones, but that they believe I will have my phone repaired before the end of June 2013.
On 19/07/2013, without any feedback, I called GSM again. I was, again informed that they have trouble receiving the ordered stock from Samsung to repair my phone.
Today 25/07 (5weeks without a phone!), I am still waiting for my phone, or at least feedback on progress.

So firstly my complaint is towards the poor delivery time of parts (as per GSM), and secondly for the poor service regarding feedback I have received with the Samsung approved service centre in Bloemfontein (namely GSM)
