Being a computer technician and perfectionist myself, I don't give compliments on a regular basis but feel I need to this time to Telkom for a very quick response on my reporting of a dead land line. I reported it around 7 PM last night and this morning at 8:54 I received an SMS that it was in the hands of the repair division and an hour and 20 minutes later that the fault has been repaired.
I only got home a few hours later and was very happy to find that my phone and internet was working again. Well done to the Telkom technical repair staff in my area! (Pelham, Pietermaritzburg).
