Telkom Tech and nearly cost me lots of money

Yesterday I logged a ADSL fault with Telkom.
My Number is 0114722751 and the Reference number is: 369CRK281013
The Telkom Technician went to my house and just claimed lighting damage out of the blue!
This nearly cost me my Outbonus with Outsurance and it nearly cost my insurance a lot of money!
As I reported this to my insurance company.
I went home and connected my ADSL Router to a friends line. and Whalaaa there it connects at full speed!
I work in IT please don't try to me!
just fix the line!
there is NO Lightning damage of any kind!
