STILL NO REPSONSE AFTER POSTING ON HERE

I posted on Hello Peter last week Thursday about the shoddy service (wait... there was no service) received from Cell C Direct. I got a response that Sipho would contact me - its now Monday and after making numerous more calls to the call centre, i have STILL NOT heard from Sipho. After speaking to numerous agents between Thursday afternoon and Friday afternoon, the handset was still not delivered - we were told RAM couriers had been to the house at 12h35 but no one was there - absolute rubbish - someone was waiting there all day until 16h00 when my son needed to be fetched from school. One promise after the next after the next have been made by all different agents at Cell C Direct yet no one can keep them. When asking to speak to a manager none are ever available!!! Today when phoning to enquire when the handset will be delivered, we get told only tomorrow. This has been going on since the beginning of the month - CELL IS DIRECT NEEDS TO UP THEIR GAME AND TEACH THEIR STAFF ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My ex-husband had the same horrifying experience and service from Cell C in December!!! YOU GUYS ARE ALL USELESS!!! PROVE ME WRONG AND GET SOMEONE WHO CARES TO CALL ME NOW!!!
