I have more than once communicated with Vodacom only to find out this morning that I have to purchase a new sim card that was not explain and I still did not get the detailed statement, now that are threatening me with legal action if I do not agree to the contract reactivation of R2 119.47 no one want to speak to me and I'm still not satisfy with the answer. I did this contract via Afrizon, I was never given a contract or get a call from Vodacom about the new up grate package. I requested more than once for them to send me separate invoices this was never done. If there is a news paper out there I got all the correspondence and you can request Vodacom to play back our conversations as they always remind you that it gets recorded. I can only post another report within the next 5 days
