Sales call every week for the last 5 weeks!

Every week for the last five weeks without fail I have been receiving sales calls from Telkom's call centre for the same product - an ADSL line and a phone line. If they had done their research they would know I already have both!! I have asked each sales person to please remove my details from their list but to no avail. This is getting ridiculous now!
