Endless issues shockingly bad service

It will take a novel to write the all the pain and endless issues, wrong information, having the call center just hang up on me.

But the short of the story is. I am meant to be on a 1 Meg line and 1 Meg data package. I was told this was done, but it seems I'm still on a 2 meg data package. Even though I was never on a 2 meg line.

I am being charged for a service I am not receiving.
I am being throttled because of a service I'm not receiving.
I am tired of being fed misinformation that the issue has been fixed only to find it hasn't been.

I just want the service I requested and am (over) paying for.

Please sort this out urgently!

It sad as before this I was a fan of mweb and recommended them to friends and family. After this weeks long drama my view has sadly been changed.
