Still not ITB received & charged incorrectly!

I have called MTN (808) every day for the last three months. I have STILL not received my ITB for January which I have constantly requested. Last week (07/03/2013) I was debited for a MyCall 350 account when I have a MyCall 100. I was also charged for BlackBerry services yet I changed to an iPhone (and have the iPhone deal) in April 2012.
Today I received two statements crediting me incorrectly for the billing mess up last week and I am apparently OWING R656.40?!?!
I am spitting mad! I have had issues with MTN since December 2012 and there are STILL issues! I get responses from MTN personnel yet NO ONE has contacted me to follow up after a computer-generated 'thank you for your feedback' email. This is ridiculous!
MTN, your shocking Customer Service will loose many more customers other than me!
