Another week and no joy!?

So, I wrote a HelloPeter about a week and a half ago and was told that my problem would be sorted out in a week... My last report was no 1027435... I was told that if I didn't hear from Cell C that I was to contact Boitumelo on her email again. I have done this and have still had no response...

When is Cell C going to get their act together? I have waited more than 2 months for my Samsung to be repaired! Its ridiculous!
