CellC sending me to the lawyers for their mistake

This is the second time im complaining about the same issue. The first case has been open for a few weeks but no resolution.
I now get an sms that my salary will be garnished and i must expect a visit from the sheriff.
Sisa, please go back and listen to all the conversions we had regarding this problem.
You said that my contract has been cancelled and that you had creditted the contract so that i dont have to pay anything. Now, i have been blacklisted, cant apply for finance, need to take a contract which i cant, all because of you.

Please sort this out ASAP, i have been very patient, and its now running out.
