CellC - About to have judgement passed and garnish

I have raised so many case with CellC regarding this issue, no one can resolve it, nor can they get back to me with any feedback.
The collection agency is about to pass judgement and garnish my salary.
Sisa never called me regarding this issue as yet.
i dont know what else i can do, coz i have tried speaking to many people that no not help me in any way.
