I am trying to activate my sim card for 2 days, it takes no less than 10 minutes to get through then the consultant hangs up, then another 18minutes then i get told to wait 24hrs without giving any details or even checking who i am, treated like a number makes you lose hope in the company as A SERVICE PROVIDER
