I emailed Vodacom about a week ago regarding my account. I will not divulge the nature of that, but I will say I needed help in sorting out the HIGH account.
Vodacom never called me back, BUT i did receive a strange SMS saying that my account had been updated etc. I did not take much notice at the time as I was very busy with other things, BUT had a quick look on my vodacom account on line this morning, and can see what the sms referred to.
Thank you Vodacom, its nice to know that ALL providers are out to make a fast buck.
