No voice mail after 3years

8ta/Telkom mobile, at first i was really impressed with their giveaways of free data, free sms's free airtime, and i think that's their selling and strong point. These guys lure customers by doing that, which is fine cause its their strategy.

but my problem is my voice mail, which is not working, i have reported the issue for months, it was escalated and no one has been able to solve my problem. When my phone is off people are told that the number is not in use or does not exist or invalid number. and that is not good for my business because i need to retrieve every phone call. Regardless of my phone being on or off, I have told all my friends and colleagues to try it out, and a few were ready to port in but on second thoughts, i realised it was a completely bad idea because one cannot keep on port in and out of different networks.
8ita has failed big time and they cannot solve their technical problems
